Saving babies

After a quick, rough storm last week, a nest with two baby birds ended up lying on the ground in front of our tenants house. They picked the nest up and placed it about 6 meters away in a low crook of a tree and watched for about two hours until the mother bird found them and fed them. She has been keeping them alive right there for a week now.  I was only able to catch one on camera as it is lying right on top of its sibling.  They are southern black flycatchers. it’s wonderful to be able to watch them grow daily.
